About Dr. Rosalba Ramirez
Dr. Rosalba Ramirez was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and is thrilled to now provide exceptional eye care to her community. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2019. Her experience includes practicing in a private practice and working within Chicago Public Schools, where she focused on pediatric eye exams. This diverse background naturally led her to open her own practice. Dr. Ramirez has extensive experience managing and treating a variety of eye conditions, including age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, keratoconus, dry eyes, and more.
In her spare time, Dr. Ramirez loves to travel and explore everything Chicago's local restaurant scene has to offer. She holds her family and friends very close to her heart and spends as much time with them as possible. Her favorite travel spot is Zacatecas, Mexico, where her parents are from-it is her home away from home.

Gold star doctor and office. Everyone was so kind and supportive. Super efficient staff helped us check insurance coverage. Awesome doctor listened carefully to our concerns and addressed them while explaining everything thoroughly.

The place was very clean and the bathrooms too, but I felt that the Doctor was not very communicative with me, I think I asked her more questions than she asked me.

I purposefully chose to work with this Doctor because she had great reviews and representation (Latina business woman) matters to me. It was also a bonus that my insurance was accepted. Dr. Ramirez was kind and super helpful. She gave me validation about my eye problem, which is something I have been looking for. She had a great recommendation and I am excited to try my new glasses. This location was not near my home, but it was worth the drive. The office space was beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Ramirez explained everything so well and answered all my questions. For example, I learned so much about taking care of my eyes and treating the root causes of my dry eyes. She and her staff were friendly and very patient as I tried on tons of glasses to pick one. Also, the office was nice and the technology seems very updated, uncluding 2 machines that were totally new for me.
