Dr. Beth Ann Swetland-Pilati is a residency trained optometrist that has been practicing in the Chicagoland area for over 13 years. She graduated with a doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry. During that time she was a member of the following associations:

She then completed a residency within the Veteran Affairs Medical Center system. Her residency was two-fold and performed primarily at Jesse Brown, VAMC (formerly known as Westside VMAC) which concentrated on pathology and also at Hines VAMC which concentrated on low vision.
She is a published author and has performed many lectures. Dr. Swetland-Pilati is currently active in the Illinois Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
In addition to private practice, she is the Associate Clinical Professor for the Illinois College of Optometry, where she trains optometry students.
Dr. Swetland-Pilati primarily works out of the Melrose Park office.
