Bethany puts her patients right in the center of everything she does, and believes that focus and knowledge, combined with compassion and sincerity, are essential to delivering the best outcomes possible. Bethany offers medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatologic care. She is especially passionate about the treatment of acne, especially acne in teens. She knows that although conditions like acne are very common, that even when they don't appear that extreme they can have a profound impact and be traumatic in different ways to the person experiencing them. She also knows some of the deepest scars acne, psoriasis, rosacea and other conditions leave behind may never be visible at all. Bethany is Certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, and Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University She is credentialed to perform various surgical procedures such as shave and punch biopsies, excisions of basal and squamous cell carcinomas, dysplastic nevi (moles), and cysts.
