Once I can see the doctor, the visit is very good. Dr. Ramaiah spends time explaining things & answering questions. The waiting room time, however, is unacceptable. This is the third occasion that I have had to wait for 1-2 hours. I work so it is a terrible inconvenience for me to wait for that length of time. It would appear that there is the possibility that patients are overbooked for appointments.

the wait time was approaching excessive. then we had to go back later that afternoon because the girl up front forgot to return my drivers license and insurance cards. Of course I also forgot to ask about them as we left.

I found staff lacking sensitivity and basic courtesy, as well as being inefficient. They did not express any remorse or concern about my time or comfort.
I found Dr Ramaiah to have very good bedside manor. However, she still did not express concern for the long delay.

Got in for appointment very quickly today. Very informative visit with doctor and made plans for future health issues.
I have not been with Dr. Ramiah very long, but feel we will have good results for my future health problems with Crohn's.

Need to improve o the wait time, you are a good doctor but you are not the only professional in the office. There are patients that come in expecting to be seen on time or within a 15 min window of their scheduled time. I have been there twice, both times I had extended wait times close to one hour. I was at the window today ready to re-schedule when I was finally called for my appointment.

The wait time to see her, however, was really out of line. Maybe there were many last minute emergencies, or overbooking; whatever the cause, there was no apology for keeping me waiting one hour and 15 minutes, much of it in a small waiting room, with inadequate seating for all the patients who were there.

I waited an hour and 45 minutes to be told everything was fine. I spent a total of two minutes with Doctor. There was no reason given for the delay, the receptionist didn't warn me that there was a significant back-up in appointments. I had to go to the desk and ask if I was going to be seen. I worked for doctors for years, that isn't a very professional way to treat patients waiting in the waiting room.
