Confirmed my appointment, but never received a link for a video call with the doctor. Did not get to speak with the doctor at all. Maybe I should have checked the other reviews! Called the number but the office was closed at my appointment time.

Would never ever go back here. Waited over 2 hours past my appointment time. Office staff was rude. Some of the staff were physically fighting in the back! Others talked on their phones & argued amongst one another. Several people got up & walked out after waiting hours to be seen. Receptionist argued with me about my appointment saying it was never made. Very bad experience, would NOT recommend.

I was never sent a link to attend/join the virtual visit before the visit was scheduled to start. I called the number listed on the appointment page, in case of any difficulties joining or accessing the call, like it stated, and the office is closed. Zero communication and a huge inconvenience/waste of time, when I could have been seen by another provider. Highly do not recommend booking with this Provider, please save your time and effort.
