Since June 1980 to late 2004 I had been engaged in Emergency Medicine practice and accumulated 50,000 hours experience working at numerous hospital Emergency Departments of high volume level-I & II trauma centers in Illinois, Wisconsin and California, providing acute & intense medical and surgical services. I worked full-time in multiple hospital emergency rooms employed by multiple Medical Emergency Groups to mention few Northridge Hospital Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Hospitals.
Since August 1, 2002, I have re-established my private practice in Internal Medicine & Primary Care, at 17130 Ventura Boulevard in Encino, CA to serve the surrounding communities. Encino Town Urgent Care Center in an elegant and pleasant private office environment located in a free standing building right on Ventura Boulevard.The Urgent Care Center provides a wide range of medical, surgical and numerous diagnostic services.

I've never had anything but a good experience. It's very easy to get an appointment and walk-ins are welcome. Never a long wait and Dr Farah always takes care of me.
