I wanted to find a good PCP and I’m lucky to have found Dr. Einbinder. He made me feel comfortable immediately and was very thorough. He answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time like other providers I’ve had before. This was my first time visiting this practice, and the doctor and staff were nice and informative. I had a pleasant visit, but they insisted I come back a week later to discuss blood test results. They refused to tell me my results over the phone, which all my previous doctors were able to do. I asked if anything was wrong, and they told me I would need to come in to find out. Feels like a way for them to charge insurance. Simply annoying and won't be going back.

I'd recommend this doctor and his office. The team was very proactive before I arrived at my first appointment. They saw me very quickly and I did not have to wait long for the doctor. Dr. Einbinder sat down the exam room, asked me questions, and listened to me about my health issues. He immediately made referrals that I needed. I needed a prescription and received a notification that the prescription had been sent in before I even left the doctor's office.

Dr E was excellent, he has great bedside manner... He is very communicative and easy to talk to. His office assistant or whoever it is at the front desk needs work. She sent my ultrasound appointment to Cedars, they canceled, I called her and she told me to find someone else to reschedule with (yes, she gave me recommendations to call someone, no, she didn't contact anyone for me)... then she didn't send them my order. Went to Dr E and he ordered another ultrasound which she never sent to the place I TOLD her I was already going to in effort to add the additional request to my current appt. So, I just think he is too good to have workers who aren't able to keep his level or service.

Dr. Einbinder was the first doctor I've ever found who really sat down and took the time to listen to me, address all of my concerns, and I never felt like I was being rushed! He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I was called in from the waiting room at my exact appointment time then was immediately seen by a PA, and the Doctor then came in no less than 5 minutes later. Could not recommend him and the office more.

Doctor was very kind and great listener. Medical assistant was super nice and efficient. My only two issues were that is very hard to get in contact with the front desk (unless they call you themselves). I called multiple times and even left a voicemail but never received a call back. My second issue was with the fact that I couldn’t just get a phone call follow up with my test results. Was not a fan on having to go back to the office (and pay overpriced parking) just to get some test results back.
