Didnt wish for the paperwork since there was an online patient portal that I filled out. Other than that everything was pretty much awesome and what you'd like to see when visiting a Dr. No wait, pleasant offices, pleasant wait staff, punctual Dr.
Dr. Metaxas saw me at 2pm (appt time) was very friendly, understood what happened, explained stuff to me, answered my questions and gave me a list of options.

Dr. Bill J. Metaxas is the principal of San Mateo Podiatry Group, which was founded in 1917 by Dr. John Gebhardt, on Howard Avenue in Burlingame. Dr. Richard Gebhardt, his son, carried the mantle of the practice until Dr. Ellis Pizzi assumed leadership in 1964.
Dr. Metaxas’ practice includes a variety of medical and surgical issues relating to the foot and ankle, from sports medicine and acute injuries to post traumatic complex limb deformities.

Dr. Metaxas was great and I would definitely recommend him to any friend or colleague. He was friendly and was a patient listener as I described my foot pain. He did a thorough examination and then gave me a detailed explanation of his diagnosis and his recommended course of treatment, as well as alternative courses I could consider. Beyond being a great doctor, he impressed me with his knowledge and use of technology - he and his office are definitely 'with it' and make it easy to book and communicate with them.
