About Dr. Susan Choe
Dr. Choe wholeheartedly enjoys people and is passionate about podiatry. She is dedicated to the well-being of her patients and believes in holistic medical care and overcoming foot and ankle problems together. Dr. Choe earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Samuel Merritt University, California School of Podiatric Medicine, and completed her Residency in Podiatric Surgery at Saint Mary's Medical Center. She is the founder of Elevate Health, INC and is devoted to the integration of research-based medicine with an eco-friendly podiatry spa. Dr. Choe was an in-house Surgical Instructor at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco and started her private practice in 2011. Outside interests include good food, good music, and good friends.

My visit with Dr. Cho was very good. I have never seen a podiatrist before. She was kind and communicative. I had x rays of my left foot for some long-term aching... turns out it is likely due to my hips being misaligned and the strength of my left glute not in line with my right. Plus, I have very high arched feet. Dr. Cho recommended several ways to treat and address the foot pain, and most importantly, advised I see someone who can speak to my hips in more detail. As always with the US healthcare system, I wish I had more time to ask questions and by the end I did feel rushed. I do not blame the doctor or the office for this, but sometimes wish timing of appointments was more clearly communicated beforehand.

I had a good productive visit. The office was very nice, with supportive and friendly staff.
Dr. Choe asked really helpful questions, provided spot-on diagnosis, and was very clear describing to me the diagnosis and treatment.
