Meeting Dr. Santos was great! he was very informative, and up front. Made me feel very comfortable, and relaxed. However the check out experience was horrible!! Because I told them I had insurance they charged me an outrageous amount, If I was a cash customer, it was a different amount. When I said change me to a cash account the office manager said NO that they couldn't do that.

He shows that he cares.
Also his nurse is good at what she does.
In general the office customer service is excellent, and of course I would recommend the practice.
