Bita Pour-Jafari, MD, ABAARM, is an accomplished and perceptive board-certified physician with expertise in family medicine, gynecology, regenerative medicine, and internal medicine. Dr. Jafari treats a variety of acute and chronic illnesses at Texas Premier Physicians in Houston.
Dr. Jafari finished a residency in family medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Permian Basin campus in Odessa, Texas. She completed a fellowship in anti-aging and metabolic and functional medicine from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M) in 2017.

This was my first visit, so I am giving my initial impression.
After looking for a family doctor and not finding one in my network that I'm happy with, I feel that I finally found a doctor I will stay with. Although I am not a medical professional, I believe Dr. Bita is highly competent, judging from her responses to my questions and our discussion. She is also a genuinely kind person who obviously cares for her patients. Last but not least, she listened to all I had to say and was very thorough in her approach. I recommend her without reservations.

They had to reschedule my appointment last minute for 45 minutes later and I didn't see the notification email until I was sitting in the waiting area. But it didn't matter because they still got me in an exam room and seeing the doctor within minutes. I have honestly never been to a more efficient doctor's office. And Dr. Pour-Jafari is fantastic!

I am so delighted to see there are still doctors who care about the patient. Dr. Jafari was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I was extremely happy when she went over all my medications one by one and explained to me how they interact and the best way of taking them while those medications were prescribed by my previous Dr. who never took the time to explain to me the things Dr. Jafari did. She also took the time to find the best specialist I needed to see after my visit with her. Her staffs were also very courteous and kind. I certainly found the Dr. I have always been looking for, and I strongly recommend Dr. Jafari. God bless her, and I wish her success.

The nurse was very rude, there was no feeling of being wanted there it was strictly in and out with both the nurse and Dr. Will be going back to see if it was just a one time thing, but she was very blunt and has a very unapproachable type of personality . Not very welcoming as other Dr's have been. However, I will give her another chance to see if it was just a bad day.

Dr. Bita really listens to me, she talks over all of my past medical information, gives me insight into things I am unaware of, and helps me pick prescriptions and health changes that are beneficial to me and my special body. I have never had a doctor like her, very glad I found her. Plus the office is fast and easy accessible.

Mrs Jafari is a knowledgeable doctor who is very professional and efficient. She digs until she finds the cause of a problem or illness. However, I did not feel comfortable around her telling her my personal issues. I think she is not as warm as the previous reviews pictured her. Nevertheless, I recommend this practitioner. You are in good hands !
