The staff was friendly for the most part but they told me a price for private pay patients over the phone and when I got there they charged me almost triple. The doctor was direct and at times seemed to be in the verge of being confrontational. It seemed like she was rushing and glazed over some major concerns I had to revisit later in the conversation. Overall it was an average experience minus the bait and switch on pricing.

The office experience was great. Not a fan of the doctor as she was judging me by saying "at age of xx, you do not have a primary doctor?" I told her I just moved here. She kept asking when did I move and I told her it has just been a year. She gave me the look...
With my personal life event and covid going on, I believe most people are trying to avoid going to the hospital if not needed. I didn't expect to get judged like that during my vist. I was planning on signing up for a primary doctor during my visit but never mind.

I felt the Dr was very nice and professional. She answered my questions and somewhat listened to my concern. My problem came after the visit. I called to ask about my blood work for my physical and I was told my visit changed from a physical to a sick visit. No one at any point of the visit explained to me that they were changing my appt type. From my understanding is that because I was asked how I was feeling and I stated a couple issues I was having changed it. Ok that's fine but at some point I should have been told I'd be billed something very different. I was not given an option to move forward with the physical and be double billed. Or have just my physical and make an appointment for an office visit. That was very sneaky and unprofessional. I will never return to this office and I will tell everyone how they practice at this office. And when I was contacted this morning after I asked about this all that was stated is I'm sorry but that's how we Bill. It's ashame because Dr Sonal was pleasant.

Office visit was very quick. There was hardly any wait. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Their office space is clean and very nice as well. Dr. Dholakia was very nice but extremely quick.
This was an annual check up and I’m an over all healthy young adult. I supposed no need to look at anything in detail. Since I recently moved to Texas she asked if I had an OBGYN and explained other services they offered within her office. She also recommended a ENT doctor due to some concern I have with my ear.
I’m planning to continue using their services mainly because of convenience however I do hope the experience does become more personable as she continues to work with me.

I was nervous since I have been terrible about going to see any doctors and have avoided it forever, but Dr Dholakia was super nice and made me feel comfortable. All of the other techs and front desk assistants were super nice as well. Very happy, and fortunate for the great experience to have settled a lot of my previous nervousness. I highly recommend her and will continue to keep going to see her.

Very fast visit. She did not show much of a genuine concern and I felt kind of rushed during the visit. Not that I wanted to stay there longer, but I feel like my concerns were not taken into much consideration. Overall, staff was nice and even the doctor.

I love Dr. Dholakia but I was running 10 min late in traffic and called 15 min before the appointment time to ask if that would be ok - they took my name and DOB and said ok you should be good we will let them know. When I got to the front desk the receptionist said you are late and the Doctor cannot see me unless I wait till 12pm for a lunch appt. I was already fasting - I understand it leads to delays when you are late but there was no one to be seen in the wait room when I got there and they should have told me I could not be seen when I called.
