Dr. Alavy has been great so far. I've been going to him several times due to my foot issue and we are taking it step by step. He doesn't just write you a prescription which I hate taking pills.

He obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1994 at California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He successfully completed his residency at the Doctors Hospital of West Covina. He is currently the Director of The 3 year Surgical Podiatric Residency Program at Doctors Hospital of West Covina. Dr. Alavy is double board-certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rear Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Alavy is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In addition, he has assisted in nearly 1,000 orthopedic and spine surgical cases. He has been in private practice since 1996.

Extremely friendly, patient and thorough. He made my daughter very comfortable and took his time explaining the injury so we could clearly understand the best treatment options. This is the first time ever rating a doctor and we couldn't have started out with a better person. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter. She can't wait to get back to playing soccer!!!

Dr Alvavynejad was very friendly and professional. Right away he put me at ease and explained what my problem was and the procedure he was going to do. He is very passionate about his work and his patients comfort. I would recommend him to anyone with foot aliments. I know I will be going back to him for my foot care.
