About Dr. Eric Naasz
Dr. Naasz, originally from Orange County, is a well-rounded, board-qualified foot and ankle reconstructive surgeon. He takes the utmost care and pride in his patients' well-being and outcomes. His undergraduate schooling was completed at UC Irvine, followed by earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Midwestern University. Dr. Naasz's comprehensive post-graduate training included a podiatric residency at the Veterans Affairs West Los Angeles Medical Center and Ronald Reagan University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center. His residency training encompassed surgical planning and operative techniques for elective and non-elective forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstruction, including but not limited to trauma, diabetic limb salvage, minimally invasive techniques, pediatrics, sports medicine, and primary podiatric medicine. He also managed inpatient care and held primary call responsibilities for foot and ankle emergencies and admissions. After his extensive training at the VA and UCLA, Dr. Naasz completed a fellowship in Transosseous Osteosynthesis for Foot and Ankle Injuries and Disorders at the Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics. He continues to mentor residents and medical students and has been appointed Assistant Professor of Podiatric Medicine, Surgery, and Biomechanics at Western University School of Podiatric Medicine. Living in beautiful Southern California, Dr. Naasz enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, regularly cycling, skiing, and surfing.

Was asked very personal health questions at front desk with other patients in the waiting room, very unprofessional. Two other elderly females made a comment, I filled out multiple questionnaires with the information they were asking. Once in the back, all staff was very professional and understanding. Doctor was very thorough and explained his findings, kept me informed on what was our next steps. Doctor made me very Comfortable great attitude and fun.

Staff not friendly and Dr was arrogant. Was more interested in selling me diabetic shoes to make money . I was in there for an injured toe from a fall. Happened over 2 was ago and still not better. Can't wear shoes . Told me to take aspirin! Duh !!!!!!

First time I saw him he told me to come back in a week with the results of various tests done by another doctor. 7 days later, I come by with the results of all those tests and he says he would like me to come back in another week or two after getting more tests done. Before my first appointment, they could have told me to bring all of my tests from my other doctor and the 2nd time, he just wasted my time again, with just hypothetical possibilities and asking to get more tests which he could have told me the first time. A total waste of my time and money. He's not the friendliest doctor either and needs work on improving his "bedside manner". Plus it seemed like he just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

The office in general is very pleasant; the front office staff and nurses are welcoming and genuinely kind. Dr. Naasz himself is timely, funny, and obviously highly intelligent. You'll know you are in good hands.

Front office staff not very friendly and did not listen to my questions. The person kept saying the same thing over and over again. Assistant in exam room did not appear to be very well trained in medical terminology or names of drugs. Kept asking questions which were already responded to.

It was great. I have flat feet and do to my weight, job, and my flat fees my feet have been killing me ( like a sprain) Dr. Told me it was my flat feet and that I need insoles and brooks-beast shoes. I purchased the insoles there at Dr office for half the price of Dr.scholls and I should mention the staff are great super nice and helpful.

My appointment with Dr. Naasz was great! He and his staff are very friendly and professional. I was able to express my concerns without feeling rushed and Dr. Naasz took the time to address them.
The wait time is not bad at all. I was a new patient, which took a bit longer, but I noticed everyone else was checked-in within minutes of arriving.

When I walked into Dr Naasz's office, I had pretty much given up hope on podiatrists, but decided to give it one last shot. I had suffered from foot pain for over four years after participating in a couple of marathon walks. Prior to Dr. Naasz, I had seen three podiatrists that didn't do much to alleviate my foot pain which left me feeling even more frustrated and hopeless. On the first visit, I think I made Dr. Naasz's head whirl with my laundry list of ailments, but he was very pro-active with his treatment without just throwing a pad or cushion at me. When we discussed surgical options for removing a painful fibroma, I was 100% confident in his ability to perform the surgery and agreed to it without hesitation.
For the first time in years, my feet are starting to feel better. While I know that my marathon walking days are over, I am looking forward to getting back to a healthy, active lifestyle.

I have seen several podiatrists in the OC area in the the last 2 years, with no real effective treatment for tendonitis, and arthritis affecting balance and limiting my mobility. Dr. Naaasz treated my issues with the right treatment, right medication, and a brace Icould actually wear comfortably with shoes. So glad I found this DOC.
