Dr. Barnes and his staff her incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. I had to wait a long time to see the doctor, but I also booked an appointment at the last minute so I wasn't entirely shocked by that.

The staff is pleasant but the office manager is not very attentive . Dr. Barnes is not a very good listner heis attentive to his speciality.

This is one of the few Dr.s offices that is still in an actual house vs. the more modern medical office. Although the staff was friendly, the fact that the doctor wasn't going to be in the office for another 4 hours was certainly disappointing. I had to come back to the office to complete my appointment or risk waiting until next Tuesday. This certainly interrupted my day. I'm sure it was an office assistant error in confirming my appointment when he wasn't going to be in. For others, I hope this was an isolated incident. The staff did run my tests so when I did see the Dr, it would simply be a conversation and a short assessment. Once I actually did see the Dr., he was very kind, funny, and thorough. The office space is small and cluttered, but they have what they need to get the job done.

Incredibly long wait time--both before I was seen by the nurse and then after the course of the barrage of new patient tests and procedures. I was really amazed by the number of initial tests I was subjected to as a new patient. The vast majority seemed totally unnecessary. Dr. Barnes was certainly nice enough, but the office was a bit rough around the edges and the wait plus the number of tests was out of control.

Unbelievable ... The office is terribly dirty ... And he was not honest with me .. My blood test was hemobilized because they didn't send it to lab ontime ... When I got the result he lied to me that the result is all good ... He is lier and so unprofessional

He stated I had a lot of issues and that he didn't know what to do with me; gave me a prescription for my pain meds on wrong paper, so couldn't fill...I was completely upset with visit, he didn't do anything in my eyes, when it came to doing what was needed for first visit; not ever going back to him, cause he kept stating I had to many issues....
