Dr. Boma and staff are thorough and detailed. I came in for a physical after years (yes years) of holding off this sort of check up. I felt at ease and they helped with removing anxiousness. Dr. Boma broke down all next steps in straightforward manner; and it was a needed collaborative spirit.

It was a good visit; check for everything and she listen to my concerns. One of the nurses was very down to earth and helpful. The front desk might be a bit unorganized in the a.m in the pm the front desk lady is very efficient.

The office itself was stink and dirty. It was more like moving cattle in and out, why meet the accounting team on your first visit,
Papers was every where.
The nurse was only the nice thing I found about the office. Dr. was nice, however I wasn’t feeling a good vibe with her.

Dr park was great! And the staff was wonderful. The office has a slightly old vibe (still using paper charts and office looks old) but can't fault them for that. When you go to your first visit, be prepared to do a lot of tests - ecg, blood test, urine test, bunch of ultrasounds, etc. Spent about an hour and a half on the first visit. Waiting time was only 5 min. Overall a good experience because of the staff!

Great experience! They were all so informative and kind. I was truly amazed with how thorough they were with a physical. After the examination, they explained my results in great detail & also gave me a pamphlet reiterating the information. I’m so glad I chose them.

If you have BCBS insurance, be aware that they can send your lab work to an out of network provider without being told in advance. I'm now dealing with an ugly "out-of-network" deductible bill. They are being less than helpful for resolving this issue.

The office is pretty old/small and some of the rooms were used as storage. I also did not anticipate staying for THREE hours- but I was a new patient so I guess all of the tests take a while.

The visit went great, I was seen right away with Dr. Park and the staff was wonderful. Everyone there was very nice and they take very good care of you. They make sure you feel comfortable.

The wait time is always more than an hour. The office is very disorganized and crowded with people who are not patients but also don't seem to be working there. The actual services are fine and comprehensive but not worth the wait and inconvenience at every visit.

I had to wait for an extremely long time before being seen. When I was finally called back to Dr. Park's office (which had stacks and stacks of papers containing confidential patient information on the floor surrounding us), I was surprised to see a gentleman in the room along with Dr. Park. Dr. Park immediately went into the standard battery of questions about my personal medical history. Although the questions themselves didn't bother me, I felt extremely uncomfortable that the door to her office was left open during the interview, and that I was not introduced to the gentleman in the room who actively commented on my responses throughout the initial interview. While Dr. Park was perfectly kind, the gentleman was rude, patronizing, and made some extremely inappropriate comments about my sexual history. Although his horrible behavior continued throughout the interview, I finally requested to meet with Dr. Park (who I had made the appointment with) alone after he asked if I, or anyone in my family has a heart murmur and told me that I must be lying or incorrect when I told him no, because according to him
"we were from a state where people care more about enjoying themselves than caring for their health". The 10 minute interaction I had with Dr. Park was pleasant (though much too brief) and Dr. Park had a good bedside manner. Dr. Park unfortunately had to leave after our ten minutes were up and I was forced to meet with the rude gentleman at the end of my appointment (who turned out to be another doctor at the practice who was "overseeing my appointment"). Anyway, I had a personally horrible experience at this practice and my general advice would be to AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!!!! Aside from the practice's general disorganization and inattention to patient privacy and comfort, the medical equipment was outdated (definitely had not been changed since the 80's) and malfunctioned several times during my appointment.

I was unimpressed with the doctor arriving at the office for the day 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin. Further, she offered a full "primary care visit" including an EKG and full blood panel, which I declined, having made clear that I was there for a single acute problem.

Very caring doesn't rush excellent doctor and that's coming from a nurse practitioner!!! She ran every test she could think of echo thyroid scan ekg and all labs are some in her office they even do X-rays there will be sticking with her for my new PCP glad I found her!!!

Dr Park made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. She's kind and caring, but also to the point. I was short on time during my first visit with her and she respected my time constraints while also managing to get a complete and thorough history/exam/blood work/x-rays/EKG, and more (all done in the office, all within a matter of minutes!).
She also addressed a medical concern I brought up, by discussing an appropriate treatment plan, guiding me through finding a specialist, and following up to make sure my concerns are relieved in the meantime. Very thorough, knowledgable, empathetic, and a pleasure to visit. I finally found my PCP!

I was beyond amazed by my visit. I actually got there an hour early due to my crazy schedule and they accommodated me, even as a brand new patient. Dr. Park was very thorough and kind. I want to make her my doctor across the board. The whole team was knowledgable and sweet. I felt right at home!

Went for a full check up, they do EVERYTHING:
Sonogram, xray, blood tests, hearing check, EKG, physical. And though I was waiting for 1 test a little longer, Dr. Park including all the nurses in the office were so nice. Great bedside manner! AND I was seen within 10 minutes of walking in, which in New York, RARELY happens.
