I cannot convey how lucky I feel to have had Dr Ellenoff recommended to me and now my son is seeing her as his Primary Care Physician also.
I have never experienced any physician - from any field - that devotes the attention and time that Dr Ellenoff does.
I value and cherish her time given as I absolutely know it is an extremely rare occurrence in the medical arena.
I also want to acknowledge the staff that assists her- from the moment I walk in the door as well as each telephone call answered. Thank you !

They charged me for a routine physical when my insurance company is very clear that it covers preventative care at 100%. All insurance companies do. They insisted on charging me, and took my debit card. I asked the medical assistant later when I went back. She spoke with the receptionist about it. Finally I guess they contacted the insurance and put the credit back on my card. If I had not persisted by asking a total of 5 times they would have charged me and left it at that. In over 20 years of having insurance from different companies and getting physicals this has NEVER happened to me.

Dr Ellenoff was very friendly and engaged. I felt as though she was very interested in having me as a patient and getting to know my health situation, needs, and concerns. The front staff and medical assistant were very friendly and welcoming, as well. I felt as though my comfort as a patient was their priority. I've only had 1 appointment (hence my "probably would recommend" instead of "definitely"; but, I feel as though I have found a physician and a practice that I will be very happy with.

It was a normal experience for a doctor visit. I wasn't awed at all, but I suppose that's not the point of going to the doctor. The facility could have been a little more upkept (torn chairs, scuffed desks, etc.), but Bonnie herself was very pleasant and the nurse was nice. I haven't decided if I'll be going back or looking around a bit more

I truly enjoyed my visit! When I first walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was courteous the entire time. The nurse Charlene is the BEST!! One of the best nurses I've ever come across in a long time, and Dr. Ellenoff was very nice and she listened to all of concerns and answered all of my questions!! I will be going back.

Checking in was a breeze. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a friendly smile. I was early for my appointment time but I was still taken back shortly after my arrival time. The time spent with Paula as she took my vitals and entered my patient information was very relaxing and put me at ease. And Dr Ellenoff was very friendly, compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

The office in general exceeded my expectations ! The waiting area, the examination room and the bathroom were very clean. As I enter the waiting room the receptionist had a welcoming smile that tells me that everything is going to be okay. My attending nurse took it up a notch with her relaxed and pleasant personality to put me at ease. Finally Dr Ellenoff with her medical care reassured me that I'm in good hands.

First time visiting this office. I chose this office from the review on ZocDoc. Although the reviews were very favorable, my visit exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the office was warm and friendly. the wait was a little longer but I see why; Dr Ellenoff addressed my concerns, she was thorough and patient-- she didn't make me feel rushed. Very well worth the longer wait --since this was my first visit, I cannot say this is a norm.

Dr. Bonnie is great not just for her clinical & diagnostic abilities but in that she is a caring, compassionate doctor that treats all of her patients like they are her only one! She's my husband's as well and if he likes her she's great with anybody!! She great at helping someone with disabilities like me I have Crohns she's great would recommend her to anyone!!
