The doctor is professionally superb, a very good communicator, very, very respectable and friendly. She is also sociable.
The staff is also very nice and very professional, from the secretary to all. Parking space is also available.

Learned 2 new things that previous doctors failed to mention. Appreciate the background information, I like to hear reasoning behind specific treatments. Something most doctors give you the short version of. Also the dilation test was easier than my previous experiences!

Doc was ok, not too friendly, office is terrible the wait and the moving from area to area and the time it takes to get a simple eye exam was way too long.

It was the worst office experience ever, the doctor was very u friendly, spoke condescendingly. I had a total on maybe 20min (being generous) actually treatment time and 2.5hrs or waiting around. The doctor knows her stuff but it was not a pleasant experience.

I am a long time patient and this visit was like every other visit- great! Dr. Silverman a wonderful doctor; she is thorough and truly gets to know her patients. The staff is very friendly, professional and always make me feel welcome. She is one of my favorite people.

My first visit went well. All of the staff were friendly and personable. In fact, I had a meeting run over and they found a time to fit me in. For that, I am truly grateful.
Testing consisted of high tech and low tech techniques. Dr. Silver man was very warm and friendly and helpful. I didnt feel rushed at all and she answered all of my questions.
One note, the office is sandwiched between the diner and pharmacy so may be hard to find if you are not looking. Also, it is located on the second floor.

Despite the long wait, which was due to several patients being seen, my experience was positive. The office is very clean and their equipment seems updated. All personal were polite and accommodating. The doctor apologized for the wait and was detailed in her description of my pathology.

Dr. Silverman and her staff are wonderful! I was treated with kindness and compassionate from the minute I entered the office until the moment that I left. It was my first eye exam in this office so I expected to be in the office for at least 2 hours (like other places I have been to in the past) but I was only there for a little over an hour. I read other reviews on here and I was a little skeptical that the atmosphere would be similar to that of a factory but I was pleasantly surprised and did not feel that was the case at all. I do not think I ever had such a thorough eye exam from start to finish in my 50 years. I will be recommending to all of my family and friends!
