He was very pleasant, very professional, very patient answered all my questions I hardly recommend him!!!
I injured my shoulder in a bike crash in Oct. 2017 — tore my AC tendon. Parsons came highly recommended from variety of other cyclists that have had a similar injury, with the most swaying comment being: he's not biased towards surgery. In my case, he counselled me on the pluses and minuses of surgery, or rehab. I took a few days to consider, did further research and emailed back and forth with Dr P. Given my particular realities, and post-recovery goals, I opted to do surgery which he performed, replacing my torn ligaments, in an out-patient surgical center. Dr P has been an efficient and clear communicator and responds to email.
My first visit- seemed competent, thorough, very effective in explaining his findings and the appropriate course of treatment.
Dr. Parsons was professional and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions regarding my injury. He provided options and explained clearly the pros and cons of each. I would definitely see him again for any issue that he could treat.
Dr. Parsons only briefly reviewed a couple of views of the MRI that I brought and made conclusions without reviewing the report from the radiologist that had a full page of findings that some of my other doctors were concerned about, which is why I had this appointment. I was the last appointment of the day, and they were already two hours behind, so I felt like everyone just wanted to go home. I should have asked him to explain the MRI report and why he felt my issues were so minor. I have cervical spine issues, but the pain and numbness I have does not alone seem to be caused by my spine. I know he is an expert in his field and I certainly witnessed this first hand in his waiting room, as his patients were insisting on seeing him. Dr. Parsons has additional wait times because he takes urgencies and will help those in need out. I expect if you have severe problems with your shoulder warranting immediate surgery you will benefit from his skills. I'll need to come back if my problems get more severe; although I was trying to avoid that and get some answers - and understand why my right shoulder dislocates and why it looks so deformed when I move it certain ways- he only looked at the static pictures. I get nervous, so I too am at fault.
Dr. Parsons is a great surgeon , takes his time to listen & explain.
I have been seeing Dr. Bradford Parsons since early 2012 and he has always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. His professionalism and orthopedic healthcare knowledge is solid and commendable. He takes the time to listen to my concerns about my health and makes qualified and informed treatment recommendations. I trust his judgement completely and will continue to see him regarding orthopedic surgical and followup treatment.
Doc was great but his admin assistant was out for lunch and not available. Several lose ends.
So advance with his practice...He can make you feel at ease and very professional. Thanks a lot, S.Delmonte
Very professional. Great staff
It is a blessing meeting healthcare professional who can find time to explain and enlighten concerns of patients despite their busy schedule. Thanks again, Sonia
Very nice and attentive doctor and I felt very comfortable explaining to him what was happening with my left shoulder. Thanks again for seeing me on such a short notice. MS
Dr. Parsons was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave me the breakdown of my injury and the options to remedy, letting me decide the best course of action.
Not only are his skills tops but so is his personality warmth and caring for his patients. This combo is a win win for me!
Informative, comprehensive, provided alternatives and benefits of each.
Both Dr. Parsons and the fellow who worked with him were very thorough and took the time to explain in details their findings and recommendations. Excellent bedside manners on both their parts.
Dr. Parsons is awesome and the Xray tech was also really great. The entire staff was SO nice. I think the paper based check-in process for patients is ridiculous and should be electronic or at least the docs could have been sent electronically before my appt. to complete. I understand they are supposed to be sent via regular mail which didn't happen in my case. There just has to be a better way in 2015 to easily get this information from patients before an appt so they dont have to use time to do it in the waiting room.
Thoroughly professional, listened and reacted to my description of pain, offered sound advice, presented a few alternatives, as a surgeon was not putting forward surgery, friendly
Dr. Parson's office was prompt and he came in right on time. He could have been more thorough in explaining his thought processes and what diagnostic tools he recommended before passing me on to the (next) specialist.
Dr. Parsons was EXCELLENT, and I am really picky about Doctors. My attitude is that, when it comes to one's health, one shouldn't accept anything but the best doctor they can find. I did extensive research to find Dr. Parsons, and it paid off. He's impressive in every way. I had seen a Chiropracter and a Physiologist prior to Dr. Parsons, and they told me all sorts of things that were contradictory and their treatments did nothing. Dr. Parsons told me I will be able to avoid surgery, and he explained my condition and answered all my questions. After my physical therapy, I have a follow up appointment to check my progress with Dr. Parsons in 3 months. He's a brilliant guy but very warm, friendly, professional and attentive. I am so glad I found him and would recommend him to anyone needing his opinion or care!
Second time seeing Dr. Parsons I have not been disappointed he listens and interacts with a genuine feeling of care for what's being discussed.
Dr. Parsons is an excellent surgeon who cares about his patients. Follow-up exams are thorough, he makes sure that you are receiving the appropriate physical therapy treatments that correlates to your specific surgery and during the follow-up office visits tests to determine how you are progressing in your healing process.
Dr. Parsons gave excellent information, explanations, and advice about next steps. His professional manor was excellent.
The doctor is good! But waiting time is a little bit long. Since I am a new patient, i need to fill a lot of forms. There is an assistant helping me since i broke my elbow. But she is very busy and distracted by other patients. so i use around 40 minutes to "finish" the forms. Well overall, i used 2 hr for whole visit.
He was very professional as well as personable and welcomed all my questions.
Dr Parsons is fantastic. Young doctor but extremely capable. He put the fragments of my clavicle back together perfectly with seven screws and a titanium plate, with barely any pain. His office is run very efficiently as well. I've never had to wait beyond my appointment time.
He was very professional and interested in my ailment. He gave me some tests to do that find out what the problem would be.
Courteous staff Professional Great experience
I think dr. Parsons is great. It was a long wait however.
Great demeanour, confident and competent. Would definitely recommend to friends.
This was a first appointment so it is hard to conclude wether I would recommend him.
Very nice and professional.
