Dr. Scharf's demeanor was satisfactory. The office was fairly empty, only two other patients and myself, yet the wait was a bit long.
I was very pleased with the visit the doctor had with my 11 year old daughter. I also would add the staff was extremely courteous and made us feel comfortable on our first visit I intend to recommend Dr Scharf to my friends and family!

Dr. Scharf's demeanor was satisfactory. The office was fairly empty, only two other patients and myself, yet the wait was a bit long.
Staff was polite if perfunctory. Arrived at the appointment early only to wait over an hour while patients who had arrived after I did were treated first. Examination was professional, but I did not feel as if my concerns were given much consideration. A decidedly mercantile atmosphere to the office.

I had the first appointment of the day, was there early and still waited almost an hour to be seen. His tech, Sydney was very standoffish and kind of gave me attitude as if my symptoms were made up. Dr. Scharf was a little bit better but I still felt like I wasn't being listened to.
I was very pleased with the visit the doctor had with my 11 year old daughter. I also would add the staff was extremely courteous and made us feel comfortable on our first visit I intend to recommend Dr Scharf to my friends and family!
