Dr. Jinna Kim has been providing comprehensive eye exams since 2012. In addition to prescribing single vision and progressive glasses, she also has extensive experience in fitting spherical, astigmatism, multifocal, RGP contacts. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry at Salus University and Bachelors from New York University. She resides in Bergen county with her husband and son where they enjoy traveling and dining.

I was charged multiple additional fees at the counter, despite having vision insurance that has previously covered similar visits without issue. These fees were not disclosed to me in advance, and the explanations provided at the time were unclear and inconsistent. I was forced to pay for the fees. Most importantly, I was seen by a doctor other than the one I had specifically scheduled my appointment with. This change was not communicated to me prior to the visit. The substitute doctor displayed a rude and dismissive attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient.
