I’m Brandee Temmis a doctoral prepared, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, ADHD, emotional overwhelm and other mental health challenges. I blend evidence-based treatment with a holistic perspective to create individualized care plans that support lasting change. My approach is collaborative, modern, and focused on helping you feel like yourself again; clear, grounded, and balanced.
Life is busy, and getting care shouldn’t add more stress. That’s why I offer evening/weekend availability along with both in-person and virtual visits, giving you options that work with your schedule and reduce common barriers to care.
