Getting to know Dr. Brandee Temmis

At Kaleidoscope ClearPath Wellness, I believe mental health care should feel personalized, empowering, and aligned with your lifestyle—not one-size-fits-all. I’m Brandee Temmis a doctoral prepared, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, ADHD, emotional overwhelm and other mental health challenges. I blend evidence-based treatment with a holistic perspective to create individualized care plans that support lasting change. My approach is collaborative, modern, and focused on helping you feel like yourself again; clear, grounded, and balanced. Life is busy, and getting care shouldn’t add more stress. That’s why I offer evening/weekend availability along with both in-person and virtual visits, giving you options that work with your schedule and reduce common barriers to care. Your path forward doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, together, we’ll create a clear, personalized plan that works for you, with support, guidance, and practical strategies to help you feel more like yourself again.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free experience. I take time to truly understand your concerns, your history, and your goals so we can create a treatment plan that feels personalized and realistic. My approach is evidence-based and holistic, often combining medication management with lifestyle strategies and therapy-informed techniques. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together typically begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where I take time to understand your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals. This allows us to develop an accurate diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting medications if needed, and incorporating practical strategies to support your day-to-day functioning. While I offer medication management when appropriate, I also mindfully integrate therapy-informed techniques and supportive counseling into each visit to help you build insight, coping skills, and long-term stability.
