Dr. Brent Schillinger is a board certified dermatologist who has been practicing in Palm Beach County since 1983. He received his MD degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Schillinger served his medical internship at Long Island College Hospital, also in Brooklyn and returned to Downstate Medical Center to complete his dermatology residency.
Dr. Schillinger offers a full complement of medical, and surgical options for diseases of the skin, hair and nails. He also handles an array of cosmetic concerns. Dr.Schillinger emphasizes an approach he refers to as KEEP IT SIMPLE Dermatology. In today's high tech world often the basic simple approach will work best so our patients are presented all the options, but with an emphasis on keeping things smooth and easy and economical.
Dr. Schillinger is past president of the Palm Beach County Medical Society, a founding member and past president of the Palm Beach County Medical Society Services Foundation. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Florida Medical Association, where he chaired the Council of Ethical and Judicial Affairs. Dr. Schillinger is a clinical assistant professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine and the Palm Beach Consortium for Graduate Medical Education at JFK North Hospital in West Palm Beach. He represents the medical community serving on the Ethics Partnership Council of the Center For Applied Ethics at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth where he is also involved in medical ethics education.

Wait time is always at least an hour just for the doctor to spend less than 5 minutes with you. He always appears scattered and distracted. He does not explain things and does not appear to be interested in patient's concerns or issues they are there for. I would not recommend this doctor.
