About Dr. Amanda Bienenfeld
Dr. Amanda Bienenfeld is a board-certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She was born and raised in New York, and received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Barnard College of Columbia University, graduating summa cum laude and elected into Phi Beta Kappa. She then received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Afterwards, she completed an internship at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, and her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Throughout her training, she was involved in clinical dermatology research ranging from non-invasive imaging techniques for non-melanoma skin cancer to hormone modulating therapies for acne.
She enjoys practicing all aspects of dermatology including general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and seeing patients of all ages and skin types. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based medical care to each patient.
Dr. Bienenfeld recently relocated with her family to Boca Raton, Florida where her husband was born and raised. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and learning about different cultures.

trying to get in touch with the front desk for a simple question is impossible, left a message through the messaging system as well and my call was returned 3 days later. If not for Dr. Bienenfeld I wouldn't return

Front desk staff played with their cellphones, oblivious of me standing there waiting to be checked in, & have no concept of how to greet your patients. No smiles, just monotone communication. Natalie (PA) was yawning the entire time and showed no interest to what my concerns were. I felt irrelevant. When the appointment ended, I was left in the room. Door was literally shut in my face.
There is poor bedside manner from all in this office. I don’t understand what happened to providing a good patient experience but this office lacks it 100%.

Great practice. The staff was nice, which is always a plus. I felt like the doctor listened to me. She was able to do everything in one visit. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Office visit was great not rushed and no wait.

Most dermatologists' offices are a one-stop shop. Here, it wasn't the case; the doctors know or can do only one or a few specific procedures and they refer you to other dermatology offices to complete your treatment. Narrow specialties and Inconvenient by far!

My experience was great. Dr. Amanda Bienenfeld listened to my concerns and made recommendations for my acne accordingly. I felt comfortable and heard throughout the entire appointment.
