a fellowship trained colon and rectal surgeon as well as general surgeon I offer to the NYU medical center community a modern approach to surgery of the colon, rectum and anus. I have extensive laparoscopic experience in the performing of colon and rectal surgery whether for polyp disease, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease or cancer. We offer the latest techniques for the treatment of hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas and abscesses, and pilonidal disease among other things. We also perform colonoscopy for both diagnostic and theraputic reasons.
