I specifically described this he symptoms that I was having with my eye. It was inflamed, swollen and infected (meibomian gland was infected) He visual was it. I requested for him to send steroid drops and antibiotics to my pharmacy. He sent gentamicin drops, but I need drops with steroids and oral antibiotics. I had to see another provider

Best doctor ever!!! Want a doctor that listens, asks the right questions, deeply cares to find root issue, connected to a network of doctors over his 25+ year career. Imagine a kind, caring version of Dr House. He’s going to have the answer. Have a tough case or something to vent - Dr Meehan is your guy. Down to earth, intelligent, kind, and when providing solutions thinks holistically about your health. There might be something in your blind spot health wise that he’ll point out, so be open to suggests - he knows what he’s talking about…. Again holistic approach. Best part! Virtual. Pick a time on ZocDoc, and he’ll be there. If a referral is needed to someone else no problem. So much more convenient than running all over Manhattan.

Had a very good experience overall. I was seen about five minutes past my appointment time. The doctor was very personable and professional. Once I was in the examination room everything was quick (but not hurried), clean and efficient. Will definitely be sticking with Dr. Meehan as my primary care doctor from here on out.

I've been one of those people who doesn't go to the doctor for five years because I'm so busy and because I just keep putting it off and I am so so happy that I finally came in to visit the doctor because he's the best I've ever been to.
