I was so pleased with our meeting tonight with our dietitian. On our way home from the consult the kids said they DID NOT want to go out to eat because they wanted to go home + eat (their words) "the good stuff" for our bodies. So from the bottom of my husband + my heart we want to thank you for changing how my family looks at food!

I want to thank my nutritionist at Nutrition Authority - because of her I am very proud of my progress! I have been keeping daily food records because it keeps me honest AND more aware of where my diet needs guidance + better to what I put in my mouth everyday. I feel light as air. I want to jump up + down because I feel so much better + have so much energy!

I just got my new labs back + thanks to my personal dietitian at Nutrition Authority - I continue to make progress! The numbers aren't yet where I want them to be but they are headed in the right direction. It's no longer an effort to eat healthful foods, it has now become a way of life + I enjoy planning my meals + finding good things to eat. I want to thank my dietitian for changing the way I look at food. She has truly made a difference in my life.
