I guarantee you will feel this was the best decision you made. I listen but give advise. I am an active intervention psychiatrist. Therapy need not take years; it works right away.
Dr. Forester specializes in empathetic interactive psychotherapy with or without medication, personal skills development program, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, panic, disorder, eating disorder, anger management, impulse control disorders, alcohol and drug abuse, insight-oriented therapy to develop self-awareness, personal identity clarification which necessitates self -awareness, and relationship therapy.
Psychotherapy techniques utilized to achieve patient's goals are Behavior Modification Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Reassurance Therapy, Role Playing Therapy, Dream Analysis, and Anger Management Therapy.
I am looking forward to meeting and helping you upon your visit.Fee$300--$450 per 45 minutes do not accept insurance but you can get reimbursed from your insurance compant after you come and pay each visit.
