Dr. Rosen is a warm and compassionate human being. He is very patient and works with me through any issue I have. He really helps me to feel comfortable in the decisions I make. He is wonderful!

Dr. Bruce Rosen is Board Certified in Psychiatry. Dr Rosen has been a leader in the field of psychiatry. He has been a teacher, administrator and clinician. He has been selected as One of the Top Doctors in the New York Metropolitan Area for sixteen straight years. Dr Rosen attended the Loyola-Stritch School of Medicine. He did he psychiatric training at North Shore L.I.J. Medical Center followed by a Fellowship at North Shore LIJ.
Dr. Rosen has been Director of Psychiatry at St John's Episcopal and St. Catherine of Siena Medical Centers for over 25 years until recently giving that position up to enter into full-time office practice.
Dr. Rosen is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Stony Brook University where he was awarded Outstanding Teacher of the Year. He is past President of the Suffolk County Psychiatric Society. He is a Member of the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacologists. Dr. Rosen was recently named Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Rosen has given lectures in various psychiatric topics to other physicians, psychiatrists and mental health professionals. His passion has always been treating patients. Areas of interest are Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and crisis intervention, Dr. Rosen is a Master Psychopharmacologist.
