What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner was shaped by what I witnessed working as a nurse: people struggling silently with anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics, often without the support they needed. These experiences made my commitment clear. Providing compassionate, nonjudgmental mental health care that truly meets people where they are became both my calling and my standard. To every session, I bring empathy, clinical experience, and a deep respect for each person's story.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and built around you, as I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we'll use evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and a holistic approach tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. Your history, current stressors, strengths, and personal preferences all shape the treatment plan we develop together, because effective care should be both realistic and sustainable. Compassionate, practical, and nonjudgmental, this work is designed to support you toward emotional stability, symptom relief, and improved day-to-day functioning.
