Dr. Fuller received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Washington State University in 1992. He received his Doctorate in Optometry from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) in 1998. Trying to escape the gloom of Washington and Ohio he traveled to the Valley of the Sun in 1999. He worked for several valley optometrists, including a local LASIK center. Dr. Fuller joined Dr. McPhelan at Optical Illusions in 2000, and with the success of Optical Illusions, they opened their second location, Optique at the Ridge, in December of 2005.
