Avoid this doctor like the plague, which you are likely to catch in his office. I have usually waited more than two hours to see him. This week I needed an insurance referral to a pain management doctor. Dr. Rindfleish's office told me it was all ready. Based on this I took off from work and went to my appointment with the pain doctor. When I got there I was told the insurance authorization had arrived and they therefore could not see me. I tried again the following week and the same thing happened. I have yet to see the pain doctor.

Office staff was very nice. Office does very thorough tests. I did not wait to be seen. Some tests took longer than others but during the testing the staff is very comforting, nice and you feel at ease.
I would highly recommend.

Great doctor but total disarray over there, long wait times, must keep checking with desk or they'll forget you're sitting there, 2 post op follow up appointments were both canceled and I was asked to reschedule. Location is great convenient parking but I prefer shorter wait times to get in and out asap so I have found another doctor.

Once I finally saw the doctor, the visit went well. But it was frustrating before that. The front door of the building was locked when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment; I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes from the time the appointment was scheduled to the time I actually saw the doctor and was concerned to be in an examining room where there were patient files in an unlocked cabinet with free access to anyone.
