Dr. Aziz is knowledgeable and great herself, however the customer service you receive since she joined KingHaven Counseling Group is BEYOND frustrating. You can never get ahold of someone. Once you do, they have no record of you being a patient (even though I've been a patient of Dr. Aziz for 5 years) you have to give them all of your information every time you call. Then I FINALLY get an appointment scheduled with Dr. Aziz and she only calls me in a 30 day prescription even though it should be 90 days and I have to start the process all over again, only to pay every time. RIDICULOUS. If you don't want to lose all of your patients Dr. Aziz, I suggest you go to another practice.

Dr. Aziz's bedside manner is cold and condescending. After discussing my condition and my family history, she told me to call my sister because she has it worse than me. I sought help for myself and got a guilt trip out of it in regards to a relationship that Dr. Aziz knows nothing about. I was shocked.

I felt like she really didn't listen to my concerns. I feel that she focused in on one thing about me because she kept relating back to that thing. She literally regurgitated the information I provided to her and didn't actually give me any kind of advice. In the end gave me recommendations for counselors, one of which was a clinic that handles a specific problem that was never brought up during my appointment with her.

She was so sweet the entire time I was there. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about me. I highly recommend her. It was very hard for me to go there due o my anxiety but she put me right at ease.

Dr. Aziz was very nice but wasn't very helpful with treatments. She prescribed something that made my heart race to treat my anxiety, horrible! then prescribed an off label treatment, gaba, but was unwilling to let me try another common off label treatment, beta blockers. She also would not prescribe my off label miracle cure for insomnia, even though I take it everyday and it is not dangerous. I believe doctors should be willing to try to work with patients to find out what will really help instead of holding weird biases towards certain drugs.

Kind psychiatrist, spoke directly to my son most of the appointment which I really liked. She was knowledgeable and very calm.
Her office is new and decidedly needs work to be patient friendly, but beyond that I was very pleased.

My appointment with Dr. Aziz brief but pleasant. She asked a lot of questions and didn't talk too much until the end to give me a recommendation. I will see her again.

I was slightly confused when walking into the office because it's not a regular doctors office, assuming it's just plain office space. I tried not to be turned off from the "office" set up but I did feel like it was a bit unprofessional. That being said once I saw the Dr I really felt comfortable talking to her and I feel like if known her for years and she totally was ok with how I wanted to manage my treatment.

I feel very humiliated because she judged me by my body and appearance but not consider my symptoms.She let me feel that she wanted to tell me I'm a lier . She denied all my treatment theses couple of years and medications I'm comfortable with,tried to convince me take something I don not want to. She is the worst Doctor I've ever seen so far!

I had a pleasant visit. Dr.Bushra Aziz was very professional, compassionate, and helpful. She changed my meds up a bit and it seems to be working well. I would definitely recommend her and will be going back myself.
