The facility was exceptionally clean & the personnel were professional, caring & really attentive to my needs. Thanks for Urgent Care facilities that create an almost drive through (not intended to be a negative comment) approach to health care where traditional emergency rooms tend to lack.

The receptionist and doctor were both incredibly friendly. The doctor listened to my history about my knee injuries, did a brief exam and communicated about why I should get an XRay first, even though we both agreed it was not a bone problem. He wrote me prescriptions for some meds and the XRay and told me if my knee didn’t feel better in a week to follow up for an MRI, although he didn’t think I would need one. After the meds and a few days my knee feels back to normal. Very professional and friendly overall.
