KaufCare is a physician-led, direct-pay medical clinic in Denver designed to deliver high-level urgent and outpatient care without the cost, complexity, or delays of the traditional healthcare system. We provide advanced, same-day medical care for a wide range of conditions—from common illnesses and injuries to more complex evaluations.
Our approach is thorough, thoughtful, and rooted in real-world clinical judgment. We take the time to evaluate patients carefully, explain our reasoning, and involve you in decision-making—without rushing or relying on unnecessary testing.
We offer transparent, upfront pricing and do not accept insurance, allowing us to keep costs predictable and often significantly lower than hospital-based care. Patients receive a superbill if they wish to seek reimbursement independently. In-house services include point-of-care testing, IV therapy, wound care, joint and soft tissue procedures, and other advanced treatments typically not available in traditional urgent care settings.
Our model emphasizes access, efficiency, and trust. We aim to reduce unnecessary emergency room visits while maintaining a high standard of care and clear pathways for escalation when needed. If a condition requires hospital-level resources, we coordinate transfer and ensure continuity.

Cash pay with no surprises—exactly what I needed after a weekend ankle sprain. This new place feels like a mini ER with modern tools and excellent doctors. Clear pricing from the start, friendly service, and I was out the door feeling much better. 5 stars!

This place really impressed me. Dr. Kaufman has excellent bedside manner in addition to obvious clinical expertise from years of experience in the emergency room. The office space is comfortable and doesn’t feel sterile like your typical urgent care or hospital visit. There were no hidden fees and the pricing was very reasonable.

Finally an urgent care that’s upfront about pricing! Walked in with a nasty sinus infection, paid cash with zero hidden fees, and got top-notch care in under 45 minutes. The advanced equipment and kind staff made all the difference. Highly recommend!

“What a pleasure to be treated by Dr. Kaufman. Hurt my back doing yard work which has bothered me for 10 days. He diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended a trigger point injection to alleviate the ongoing pain & spasm. It worked! I can tell he really cared about me. His reception person was really kind & professional.”

When you are dealing with unexpected pain, you want care that is both fast and high-quality, and this facility delivered on both fronts! The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I checked in. I was seen much quicker than I anticipated, which is always a relief in an urgent care setting. Dr. Kaufman and the medical team were thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions! The facility itself was clean, modern, and well-organized.
