The staff was very efficient and helpful, particularly my nurse practitioner. I had the first appointment of the day at 9am, and they let me in at 8:55 and saw me right away. Copay was very affordable, office was clean and neat, I felt listened to, and received my antibiotic prescription immediately. Very convenient location as well!

The nurse/MA that took was vitals was very kind and professional. He was very polite when it came to taking my vitals and making sure i was comfortable at all time. He answered all my questions well and offered water during my visit. When there was things he was unsure of, he was quick to acknowledge it and ask his supervisor or clinician for help. The front desk, Minyoka Michelle, however was not as kind and polite. Upon checking in, i was not greeted at all. I just stated i had an appointment at 11. I handed her my id and she threw it back on the desk. I asked her a question regarding the address i want to use on file and she interrupted me in the middle of talking saying “apartment??”. A lady behind me had a 10:40 appointment and she had her wait outside in the cold. The lady said it’s too cold outside and her appointment is soon. There were no other patients at this time but me and her but she was asked to leave and wait in her car only to be called back again 2 mins later.
