Though the staff were all efficient, I was surprised the total visit took almost an hour (with a prior scheduled appointment). I had a left thumb pain (De Quervain's Tenosynovitis) and the Asst Dr. was very kind & knowledgeable. I received a left thumb brace and that's been helping a lot. Also received a 5-page sheet of explanation and exercises to do after 5 days. I'm hoping to get more of a write-up (maybe through MyChart or email) since I didn't take notes on my Dos & Don'ts.
