It was much better than I had anticipated: polite staff, doctor had a pleasant bedside manner and listened well. They had trouble with the blood draw, but kept me informed and followed protocol. It was done successfully.

I can't believe the amount of time I spent waiting for the appointment and then giving info to someone before seeing the dr I was supposed to see. It felt like an hour telling someone "I have a bite here... I also have a bite here... Yes, also here" while she took pictures and slowly typed and asked me how to spell my medications . Maybe the equipment they're given isn't working well or this assistant was the slowest. When I finally saw a Dr I had to repeat this information!!! An hour after my appointment to review "insect bites", and [a substantial copay] poorer, I drove home with the knowledge that "an insect bit you".
