Prior to my visit I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I didn't really know what to expect. That being said, I had an extremely positive experience. I was seen right at my appointment time and the office is clean and nice. Dr. Paul is very kind, thoughtful and, above all, effective.
She diagnosed my problem quickly and with further examination confirmed her hypothesis. I am only a few days removed from my appointment but feel markedly better. I really can't think of anything else to say beyond reiterating that Dr. Paul in smart, friendly and effective.

Dr. Paul is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (Florida) where she obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology & Immunology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
Dr. Paul is trained in Graston Technique and has over 350 hours of post-doctoral continuing education in clinical neuroscience. Her approach to treatment includes a detailed and specific bio-mechanical evaluation, which she combines with joint and soft tissue manipulation. Her unique training offers a variety of evidence-based techniques and modalities, as well as an understanding of the benefits of chiropractic care to patients of all ages and abilities.
As an avid runner, she is an active member of the New York Road Runners and is currently training to run her third New York City Marathon. In her spare time enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work, scuba diving, yoga and reading. Dr. Paul is also fluent in Spanish.

Had a same day appt and a first timer. Dr Paul was extremely friendly and easy to talk with about my pain and what she thought about it. Walked through multiple ways to treat it and what I should expect. Made me a believer and a future repeat patient in one visit - couldn’t recommend high enough!
Also, FWIW, super clean and calming treatment room. Very transparent about insurance coverage and what any potential out of pocket bills you might expect

Dr. Paul was probably my favorite Chiropractor/general everything healer I have had. I moved out of state and genuinely miss my appts with her. She is the nicest person and really listens to you and what you're feeling to try and figure out how best to help. She explains everything to you before she does anything and generally keeps you informed about how things are looking from her end. She also is a magician where she can see the spot where I'm hurting before she even touches my back. She can also obviously feel where you're hurting. She genuinely cares about your well-being and making sure you are improving appt after appt. I cannot recommend her enough. If she ever moves to Texas, I know who I'll be calling!
Also shout out to one of the Massage Therapists I'm totally blanking on her name right now, but she is 100% the best massage therapist I have ever had (and I have had a lot). A+ 10/10 100%.
The physical therapists there are also very good! Legitimately no one or nothing to complain about. And I love to complain.

Fantastic medical team! No time was wasted. They've adopted an approach to medicine that is as intense and dynamic as it is effective. Only had one visit so far, and after years of antagonizing pain, I felt better before the visit was over. My advise to any new patient is to be open minded, and let them do their work....it can get very intense, but the results are real.

I was just charged and absurd amount from the 4 visits I spent at this doctors office and I was told that this doctors office was in network. I called before seeing anyone and was confirmed that I was in network and when I went in person I was confirmed. This is extremely upsetting and I will be contacting the office and figuring out this situation more seriously.

The entire group at Rockefeller Medical is fantastic. The treatment they offer is truly holistic -- depending on your condition, you can expect to receive physical therapy, acupuncture, a massage, and a chiropractic adjustment -- all within an hour or less. I never feel rushed and very rarely have had to wait for more than 5 minutes at any given time. I go nearly every Friday because there is no better way to start the weekend. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Paul was fantastic in every aspect. I was dealing with sciatica that was extremely painful. Dr Paul was able to fit me in same-day and because of her team's treatment my pain was gone in less than 48 hours. She is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely professional. The office is in perfect condition and very convenient for any midtown offices (just off Rockefeller Center). My initial consultation was very thorough and every treatment session was flawless. I would highly recommend Dr Paul and will be back for any future issues!

I was very impressed. I walked in not knowing what to expect and I was in so much pain. After my visit, I was able to walk out with relief. Dr. Paul was very informative and most of all very caring. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat. This was just my first appointment, but going back for sure.

Dr. Paul is awesome! Best chiropractor in Midtown! She took the time to explain what was going on, she had a treatment plan that included acupuncture, massage therapy, and physical therapy, and I'm already feeling much better after only 2 visits. Her team is just as great as her and I can't recommend this office enough!
