Dr. Soto is very friendly and thorough however the new office location leaves a little bit to be desired. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Hopefully things will be improved when the renovations are complete.

I love Dr. Soto. He is personal and very approachable.
I'm glad I no longer need to go through the Sumter Office for an appointment or request. The whole process with Sumter was a nightmare.

Wait time was long, waiting room is small and not conducive to conducting personal business, but seeing dr soto trumps all of the negatives.
