Waiting room was clean, staff was friendly and thorough. Dr. Federico was great, I didn't feel rushed. I recently left a horrible practice so I was very happy with this one.

Carmen Federico is a compassionate and funny family physician in the area of North Syracuse, NY. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Bassett Healthcare Network. He is proud to have been Board-certified in Family Medicine three times.
Dr. Federico provides comprehensive family care. This includes well-baby checkups and pediatric care, wound care, postpartum issues, immigration medical exams, acne and hormone issues, illness treatments, and vaccinations. He often performs simple in-office procedures such as skin tag removals and wart treatments in addition to test for infections, disease, and hearing problems.

Doctor, nursing personel, and secretaries very attentive to the every detail regarding the health issues and problems, everything done in a highly professional manner, wished to be more medical professionals like them!

It was only my first time there, but first impression was fantastic. Friendly staff and Dr. Did not feel uncomfortable at all. Best experience that I can imagine having going to a doctor's office, since it's usually not something I look forward to.
