A very thorough medical exam , a very attentive doctor willing to take their time. My thanks to Bobbie for setting up a required screening test for the following day which normally takes weeks. All in all a perfect doctor’s visit”

About Dr. Patrick Prepetit

Dr. Prepetit is a very dynamic internal medicine physician. His scope of expertise includes Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, HIV, hormone replacement therapy, Musculoskeletal diseases and others. He is very thorough with his patients and strives to educate them about their illness to ensure their care is optimized.
Dr. Prepetit is from Haiti where he completed his medical studies. After graduating from medical school, he completed a residency training in Orthopedic Surgery before coming to the US. He moved to New York where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn after which he started his career; first working with a geriatric group and later working as an hospitalist at New York Presbyterian Hospital before joining Housing Works in 2020. This journey has given him an invaluable experience and understanding of diseases. Working in a hospital setting where he was exposed to and managed a wide variety of cases has given him an ease approaching his patients. He is also an HIV specialist and MAT certified.
Dr. Prepetit speaks English, French, Creole and has a working proficiency in Spanish.

Dr. Prepetit was great, as a new patient he asked me intake questions and supported me very effectively. I had significant issues reaching the office to obtain the website link for my virtual visit, finally reaching a practice manager about 15 minutes before my appointment. Once I was online with Dr. Prepetit I had no issues.
