Dr. Oei is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring and looks for the right care, she listens!! I drive a good distance to see her because I trust her! I always get in right away for my appointments!

Dr. Carryl Oei is a doctor of osteopathic medicine and is board-certified in family medicine. She has been practicing in Plano since 2007 and is passionate about preventative care and building a strong personal relationship with her patients.
She earned her undergraduate degree in biology and art history from Washington University in St. Louis before attending Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center, where she earned her D.O. degree. She finished her family medicine training at Baylor Family Medicine in Garland, Texas.
Dr. Oei believes many things in life are uncontrollable, but certain aspects of health are within our control. She encourages her patients to take control of their health and be aware of the roles supplements and proper nutrition play in complementing a healthy lifestyle.
She practices her belief with her own family by making home cooked meals with at least three to four servings of fish each week. She, her husband and two children enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. To stay active they go to the park, zoo, botanical garden, museums and sporting events.

She seemed clueless about my problem .. She did not "diagnose". Just gave me an antibiotic coz I asked for it.
