“There was practically no wait which was good, except I didn’t finish filling out my paperwork until I was checking out. Everyone was friendly but it almost seemed too rushed. I understand other patients were coming in too, but I didn’t feel the most cared for because of how quick the appointment was. If you’re looking for a fast doctor, she’s great! But don’t expect to spend a lot of time with her.”

She is dedicated to providing the highest quality care by utilizing an evidence-based approach that promotes better health. Dr. Shah was clear and had a great bedside manner. The nurse that took my back was also very friendly and well-informed. Office staff text and called twice before my appointment to verify info and ask Covid related questions. After arriving staff was noticeably flustered when I checked in due to me answering yes to one of the Covid questions (Congestion) and stated I should have waited outside. This was odd because I spoke with a staff member several minutes prior who clarified my answers with me and instructed me to text when I arrived and check-in at the front desk after. Overall, Dr. Shah and the nurses I interacted with were great and I will return when I need to.

I was very bothered and upset that my daughters vital signs were inputted incorrectly. They inputted her height wrong by 1 foot which increased her BMI significantly. During her visit the dr referred to my daughter as obese by just looking at her BMI, which was very incorrect. The dr should have been able to notice that mistake by just looking at my daughters physical appearance and realize she was clearly not 60 lbs heavier than what it showed. A 12 year old girl does not need to hear from a dr that she is obese. The notes that were put in her chart regarding the visit seemed to be very focused on her weight. I understand that clerical errors happen but I am not ok with a doctor not catching that mistake when doing her physical exam. I called the office to express my frustration and I was told I would receive a call back and never did. I will not be taking my daughter back there.

The office was clean and had several covid-19 protocols in place which made the visit very easy. I was quickly seen by the medical assistant who was very friendly and personable. I hardly had to wait for the physician visit and she was also very friendly and easy to discus my health history with. I had clear communication on next steps for shots and blood work, which i was able to get completely very efficiently
