I loved Cassandra, but the customer service at this business is poor. After seeing a lot of negative Yelp reviews I was hesitant about visiting, but open-minded. I've been trying to get ahold of someone at the front desk to order contacts, or, rather, just get my prescription so I can order my own and the staff is completely unreachable.

Wonderful first-time visit. Questions encouraged and answered well. Visit was all efficient in that I was able to select glasses while waiting to be seen and pay for the visit while waiting for my eyes to dilate.
Overall, very good. Would visit again 10/10

Felt Scammed by office staff; they didn't ask me for a contact fitting and then tried to charge me. This office has received many complaints on YELP as well. Office also asks for unnecessary personal info; very mean/creepy/scary manager.

I really like Doctor Cassie, who is very responsible and providing good professional service. But in terms of the store, they are kind of doing shady business. I went for my contact lens exam, but they claimed contacted lens benefit from insurance without authorization from the patient. How can a shop order contact lens for the patient without a finalized prescription and without asking the quantity the patient needs. They are doing it just for their own benefit rather than the patient's.

Cassie was extremely welcoming and personable. I never felt like she was in a rush to treat the next patient and I had her full attention. Renee also really made feel comfortable during my stay. Highly Recommended Practice!

I liked Cassandra. Unfortunately, the eyeglass store she works in has absolutely terrible customer service. After receiving my eye exam, I asked for a printed copy of my exam - I wasn't ready to make a purchase of new glasses same day. They claimed they were going to email me the prescription.
Two hours later, I emailed asking for a copy of the prescription information, and received back a snarky one line email "do you need that for the Tom Fords?" They asked me to try on a couple pairs in the store while waiting for my pupil dilation to kick in even though I said I wasn't purchasing that day.
Too bad, because Cassandra herself was great. But I've never seen such an unprofessional business. See Yelp reviews.

My husband and I had an appointment with Cassandra yesterday and were so happy with her. In the past we have gone to Costco for eye exams but she did so much more. We will be back every year.

The appointment itself went fine, but getting my glasses ended up being a huge pain. Was told my glasses should be in on Monday and they would call me when they arrived. When I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday, I called, and they said the glasses would be in by Thursday and would call me as soon as they were ready. Finally, I called about 4pm on Friday quite irate, and was told by the man on the phone that "oh, it says here that we tried to call you last night that she called to tell you they were here." No she didn't - I checked my call log and there were no missed calls or voicemails! Was finally able to pick them up Saturday. Unprofessional!

This place feels more like a happening bar scene than a doctors office. Everyone who works there is warm, super friendly, and personable. They offer you mimosas (!!?) and coffee and the interior is chic and extremely clean and bright. Dr Koutnik is amazing- very intelligent and the best bedside manner of any optometrist I've ever met. Highly recommend!

It was fantastic! Cass was absolutely amazing! My only problem was the unexpected charge that I only found out about once my visit was over. Just a recommendation but new visitors should made very aware of possible charges they may occur even before the exam is started.
