“So I finished my appointment today and I have nothing but great things to say! I’m recently from out of state and looking for new and quality doctors can feel intimidating but Dr. Li and her staff are honestly so incredible. I felt very cared and advocated for as a patient, even though we all just met. They even helped me to get a whole year supply of dailies covered under my insurance! (my prescription is really bad and it was considered medically necessary) But I still felt very grateful and confident that they weren’t just trying to get as much money out of me and send me on my way. 10/10 experience. So glad I found Dr. Li.”

Main doctor was great. One girl who did my initial exam before the main eye doctor was RUDEEEE. Just bad attitude. She seemed like she did not want to be there. I asked her a question because it was my first time having an eye exam and I wasn't sure how they usually go. She talked back to me slowly like I was a child. Insane behavior. Anyway, main eye doctor was fantastic :)

Dr. Li was great - chatty and made you comfortable. Her assistant who checked you in was friendly and worked quickly. At the end of the appointment, she directed me straight to the sales table where two salespeople had already selected a few glasses to try on. It felt like they expected you to purchase and, overall, it led me to feel like the business was sales-first, optometrist second.
