Dr. Emeruwa was born in Canada to a Jamaican-Canadian mother and a Nigerian father. Her father was a microbiologist and a very well-known herbalist. After working as a physician for a year in Lagos, Nigeria, Dr. Emeruwa moved to London and Toronto, where she focused on being the best wife and mother she could be. Later, after working as a family medicine physician in Brooklyn, NY, for three years, Dr. Emeruwa moved to GA, where she opened her own practice. Patients see Dr. Emeruwa for a variety of reasons, including cough, fever, headaches, sexually transmitted diseases, asthma, weight loss consultations, and urinary incontinence.
Dr. Emeruwa believes that two-way communication is the key to good health. She devotes a good amount of time with each patient by taking into consideration that every patient is unique and has a unique set of concerns. She conducts her appointments with the personalized care and attention that she would expect for her own family.

The first and final attempted office visit was TERRIBLE. I was called a day before and advised to be on time to complete my paperwork. I arrived 15 mins early to complete my paperwork. 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time, I'm given a second set of paperwork consisting of about 15-25 pages. Then to be told that there are TWO other patients ahead of me. The is totally UNPROFESSIONAL ,and displayed a total lack of respect for my time. To drive from Kennesaw in the middle of a work day, to be shown this type of customer/patient service is totally unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this office.
