Dr. Minano and her staff were excellent. I was seen right away if not before my appointment time, everyone was very friendly and personable, and I felt like I was not being hurried along so they could get to another patient. Dr. Minano seemed familiar with the possible GI side effects my non-GI condition could cause and was willing to talk through her reasoning for treatment.

The doctor was over an hour late and didn’t even acknowledge how long we had been waiting. She repeated all the information we had already given to the nurse and then just repeated back what we said. No real medical help at all or even any suggestions. The only positive thing was we walked away with lab scripts and will take the results to another doctor in the future
