Dr. Ng is the founding physician of GI Health, where you experience the “Future of Digestive Health Today.” He received his internal medicine training at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, a large Harvard teaching hospital in Boston and his GI training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. His special interests include Hepatitis B, and the prevention of liver, stomach and colorectal cancers. Our mission is to deliver high quality health care and attentive service to our patients. Dr Ng was very pleasant when he eventually materialized but I had been waiting for well over an hour at that point. His assistant didn't introduce herself or tell me who he was and I would have appreciated more information and swifter service.
Everyone was nice and professional, the office was clean and lovely and they all treated me like a person not a patient which was great.
Dr Ng was very friendly and immediately understood what I had. He suggested a simple treatment and explained everything very clearly.

I spoke to two other doctors before seeing Dr. Anthony Ng and my issues were not treated appropriately. So I was pleased with the Dr. Ng's care, knowledge, and options presented. The other medical staff was also very knowledgable and thorough. The office was packed with patients waiting, so I did have to wait for over an hour from when I first entered to seeing the doctor. But given the number of people waiting, the office staff was nice and moved quickly. Overall, I agree with his high ratings and would recommend.
The main doctor never treats you / talks to you after the first time. His assistants treat you. Did a bunch of tests with no real solution. needed to change my doctor.

Knowledgeable and is intentional about explaining things in an accessible way, and no rushing the patient! Shared options for how to move forward and the trade-offs for each. Office staff and medical student in training are also strong. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr. Anthony Ng, Tao Jiang, RPA-C, and Poline Yiu, RPA-C for an upper endoscopy and other issues with abdominal pain. The upper endoscopy went smoothly. I wanted to make a special note that Dr. Ng is warm and extremely empathetic. Tao Jiang, RPA-C is very thorough and cares deeply about her patient's well-being. Poline Yiu, RPA-C has a great sense of humor. All three practitioners take time and effort to explain the issues thoroughly and clearly.

The office staff was great. I enjoyed my visit overall. The only thing that threw me off was that i was scheduled with Dr Anthony Ng but was seen by his P.A.
The endoscopy and colonoscopy were fine. and as positive an experience one could hope for considering what those procedures entail. The office staff are a bit intense, and there's a feeling of being rushed at all times -- even where there's not a bunch of people waiting. That said, my biggest complaint is communication: the office doesn't call to remind me of appointments that I made months in advance. Sometimes they do call but it's from an unlisted number, and they don't leave a message. A doctor should have a listed number that shows up in caller ID; they should also leave voice messages.
Anthony himself was WONDERFUL. Extremely thorough, informative and really kind and compassionate. The office, however, was clearly really busy that day, the staff was running around frantically, I was being skipped over in line, there wasn't any attention paid to the transition between people admin to nurse, etc. Until I met Anthony, I was really skeptical that the care team would understand my situation and really take any time to listen to what I was saying.

The P.A. was very thorough. She went through all of my testing results from previous doctors that I brought with me, asked a lot of questions. When Dr. Ng came into the room, he listened to all of my symptoms, medical history, concerns, etc. He took the time to explain how the GI tract works, what my diagnosis was, what my treatment options were, etc. He answered all questions I had and made me feel much better. Dr. Ng is great and knowledgeable and his staff is wonderful.
