Dr Ng was super nice and informative. I waited about 30 minutes to be seen and then sat with his nurse who asked about my symptoms and my history. She didn’t have the best bedside manner but Dr Ng was muchwarmer and comforting. He sent me downstairs to get some blood tests done and came up with a treatment plan and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with everything along the way.

Rude and impatient front desk! Wait is too long! A full waiting room. It gets very annoying. Without notice, they will book you even on a very busy fully packed day. They will say something like:"come before 4pm." Because after 4pmthey are about to close. They don't care about your valuable time in the waiting room for 2 hours. All they care is your insurance copay. They want max booking. Very very rarely I saw Dr Ng directly. After 1-2 hours wait, he can mostly spend with me quick 2 minutes before he ran away. Every time I only see his assistants not a real doctor. They closes very early. Appointment must be booked before 4pm. It is not convenient. No morning booking either. If 15 minutes late, the appointment was canceled without any notice. By the time you got there, you wasted your time and trip. REMEMBER: THE ONLY TIME MATTERS IS THIS DR'S NOT PATIENTS'. THEY ONLY CARE YOUR COPAY.

The wait time was a bit much (about an hour), but when I finally got called in I saw a PA (Poline Yiu) who was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Ng near the end of the appointment, wherehe summed up what I’d discussed with the PA in a few minutes. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.

The office is quite busy, but well organized and the wait time is ok. I met with one of the assistant doctor first, he is very professional and listen to my description of symptoms carefully and addressed each one of them.A course of examination and treatment is then well planned. Doctor Ng came in later to restate the important points after discussed with his assistant, and he sure is very professional, too. Highly recommended.

I think this doctor was great! He seemed really knowledgeable and Mike he really cared to find out what was going on with me. He gave me plenty of suggestions to try before actually recommending a colonoscopy. I am happy thatI found him. I did not enjoy reading over an hour to be seen, but I felt better after talking with him.

the office is mostly unwelcoming and the attendants at the main desk are indifferent to patients, mostly disgruntled and probably overworked. Please be prepared to wait anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes in a crowded subway like sitting space. Also the receptionists handed me a form which was used by someone else and just crossed the original text and asked me to use the "used" form. Dr. Anthony is a saving grace of this office.
