Zocdoc allowed me to make an appointment for when the practice wasn’t even open, costing me money, time, and pain as I had a broken bone. Was so disappointed in this. Receptionist was spacey but fine and the PA was kind but I needed an xray and they didn’t have a machine even though the website seemed to say otherwise. I was able to get care from the Flatbush location. I would just go there if you need an Urgent Care

They took a longer time taking in my information, but less than 5 minutes asking me what was wrong I told the doctor I’ve had a hearing problem for over a week and didn’t say much except for it’s congestion and I wasn’t even congested. The front desk was great very helpful but overall didn’t do much for me at all a complete waste of time.

I went in with a serious breathing problem. They were phenomenal. they gave me oxygenated medication. A shot and I felt better with prescriptions already waiting for me at cvs next door. Plus they all have a sense of humor.
